Submission Guidelines

Submission Guidelines

Welcome

Thank you for choosing ClinSphere Journals for the publication of your research.

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's official online manuscript submission system. Submission by email or any other method will only be considered in exceptional circumstances approved by the Editorial Office.

Submission of a manuscript confirms that:

  • The work is original.
  • The manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All authors have approved the submission.
  • The research complies with applicable ethical standards.
  • All information provided during submission is accurate and complete.

Before You Submit

Before starting your submission, please ensure that:

  • Your manuscript falls within the journal's Aims & Scope.
  • You have read the Author Guidelines.
  • All required files have been prepared.
  • Ethical approvals have been obtained where applicable.
  • Conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
  • Funding information has been provided.
  • AI use has been disclosed where required.
  • All authors have approved the final manuscript.

  • Title Page
  • Blinded Manuscript
  • Figures
  • Tables
  • Supplementary Files
  • Cover Letter (recommended)

Ensure that the blinded manuscript contains no author-identifying information.

Editorial Workflow

Every manuscript undergoes the following editorial process:

1. Technical Screening

The Editorial Office checks the submission for completeness, formatting, and compliance with journal requirements.

2. Editorial Assessment

The Editor evaluates whether the manuscript falls within the journal's scope and meets the journal's scientific and ethical standards.

Manuscripts that do not meet the minimum requirements may be declined without external peer review.

3. Similarity Screening

All submissions may undergo plagiarism and similarity assessment before peer review.

4. Double-Blind Peer Review

Suitable manuscripts are assigned to independent expert reviewers.

Reviewer identities remain confidential, and authors' identities are concealed throughout the review process.

5. Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer recommendations, one of the following decisions will be made:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

Where revisions are requested, authors should submit a revised manuscript together with a detailed response to reviewer comments.

6. Acceptance

Once the manuscript satisfies all scientific, editorial, and ethical requirements, the corresponding author will receive an official Acceptance Letter.

7. Article Processing Charges (APC)

No Article Processing Charges (APCs) are collected during manuscript submission or peer review.

If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the corresponding author will receive an APC invoice together with payment instructions.

Publication will proceed only after APC payment has been successfully confirmed or an approved waiver has been granted, where applicable.

8. Copyediting & Production

Accepted manuscripts undergo:

  • Copyediting
  • Language review
  • Layout formatting
  • Proof preparation

Authors will receive page proofs for final review before publication.

9. Online Publication

After completion of production and final approval, the article will be:

  • Assigned to the appropriate Volume and Issue
  • Published online
  • Assigned a DOI (where applicable)
  • Made permanently available through the journal website

Track Your Submission

Authors may log into their journal account at any time to:

  • Track manuscript progress
  • View editorial decisions
  • Respond to reviewer comments
  • Upload revised manuscripts
  • Download decision letters

Important Notes

  • Submission does not guarantee publication.
  • Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal.
  • APC payment does not influence editorial decisions.
  • Manuscripts may be rejected at any stage if serious ethical concerns or policy violations are identified.
