Data Availability Policy
Introduction
ClinSphere Journals encourages transparency, reproducibility, and integrity in scientific research. Authors are encouraged to make the data supporting the findings of their research available whenever ethically, legally, and practically possible.
Data Availability Statement
All manuscripts should include a Data Availability Statement indicating where the data supporting the study can be accessed.
Examples include:
- The data are publicly available in a recognized repository.
- The data are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
- The data are included within the article and its supplementary materials.
- No new data were generated or analyzed during the study.
Data Repositories
Authors are encouraged to deposit datasets in appropriate institutional, national, or subject-specific repositories that provide long-term access and preservation.
Where applicable, repository names, accession numbers, or persistent identifiers should be included in the manuscript.
Restrictions
Where data cannot be shared due to ethical, legal, privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property considerations, authors should clearly state the reason within the Data Availability Statement.
Editorial Review
The Editorial Office may request access to supporting data during the editorial or peer review process to verify the integrity of the reported research.
Failure to provide requested data without valid justification may affect editorial decisions.
