Peer Review Policy

Peer Review Policy

Overview

ClinSphere Journals is committed to maintaining the highest standards of scientific quality, research integrity, and ethical publishing through a fair, objective, confidential, and transparent peer review process.

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo editorial assessment and independent peer review before a final publication decision is made. Editorial decisions are based solely on scientific merit, originality, methodological quality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope.

Peer Review Model

ClinSphere Journals follows a Double-Blind Peer Review model.

Under this model:

  • Authors do not know the identity of the reviewers.
  • Reviewers do not know the identity of the authors.
  • Editors oversee the review process while maintaining confidentiality.

This approach helps minimize bias and promotes an objective evaluation based solely on the scientific quality of the manuscript.

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript progresses through the following stages:

  1. Manuscript Submission
  2. Technical Screening
  3. Initial Editorial Assessment
  4. Similarity (Plagiarism) Screening
  5. Reviewer Assignment
  6. Double-Blind Peer Review
  7. Editorial Evaluation
  8. Author Revision (if required)
  9. Final Editorial Decision
  10. Copyediting & Production
  11. Online Publication
