Article Processing Charges (APC)

ClinSphere Journals follows a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) policy. No fee is charged for manuscript submission, editorial assessment, plagiarism screening, or peer review. APC is payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication.

Article Processing Charges

  • Original Research Article: INR 3,000 (USD 50)
  • Review Article: INR 2,500 (USD 40)
  • Case Report / Case Series: INR 2,500 (USD 40)

Inaugural Publication Offer

For the Inaugural Editions of ClinSphere Journals, all accepted manuscripts will be published at a promotional APC of only INR 999, irrespective of article type. This limited-time offer is subject to successful peer review and editorial acceptance.

  • Peer review administration
  • Copyediting and formatting
  • Online publication
  • Digital archiving
  • Website maintenance
  • DOI registration (where applicable)

Editorial Independence

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal.

Payment

The corresponding author will receive payment instructions only after acceptance. Authors are requested not to make any payment before receiving an official acceptance letter from the Editorial Office.

Refund Policy

APCs are generally non-refundable once production of the accepted manuscript has commenced, except in cases of duplicate payment or administrative error.
