Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

Introduction

ClinSphere Journals recognizes the growing use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in research and scholarly publishing. While AI technologies may assist authors in certain aspects of manuscript preparation, authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and scientific validity of their work.

Acceptable Use of AI

AI tools may be used for purposes such as:

Language editing and grammar improvement
Improving readability
Formatting assistance
Literature organization

The use of AI must not compromise the originality or integrity of the manuscript.

Disclosure Requirement

Authors must clearly disclose the use of AI tools in the preparation of their manuscript, including the name of the tool and how it was used. This disclosure should be included in the manuscript at the time of submission.

AI Authorship

Artificial Intelligence tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors. Only individuals who meet the journal's authorship criteria may be credited as authors.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses of AI are not permitted:

Fabricating or falsifying research data.
Generating fake images, figures, or results.
Producing fabricated references or citations.
Manipulating research findings.
Using AI to engage in plagiarism or other forms of research misconduct.

Editorial Use of AI

The Editorial Office may use AI tools to assist with administrative tasks such as language improvement or similarity assessment. However, all editorial decisions, peer review evaluations, and publication decisions are made solely by qualified human editors.

Compliance

Failure to disclose the use of AI or misuse of AI technologies may result in editorial investigation, manuscript rejection, or other actions in accordance with the journal's Publication Ethics Policy.
