Thank you for considering ClinSphere Journals for the publication of your research. We welcome original, scientifically rigorous, and ethically conducted manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, clinical research, and allied healthcare disciplines.
Authors are encouraged to read these guidelines carefully before preparing their manuscript. Adherence to these guidelines will facilitate an efficient editorial assessment and peer review process.
Scope of the Journal
Before preparing your manuscript, please ensure that your work falls within the journal's Aims & Scope. Manuscripts outside the journal's scope may be declined before peer review.
Article Types
ClinSphere Journals accepts the following categories of manuscripts:

Manuscript Preparation
Title Page
The title page should include:
- Full manuscript title
- Full names of all authors
- Institutional affiliations
- ORCID iDs (recommended)
- Corresponding author's name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Postal address
Abstract
Each manuscript should include a concise and informative abstract.
Where appropriate, structured abstracts should contain:
- Background
- Objective
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusion
Do not include references, tables, figures, or undefined abbreviations in the abstract.
Keywords
Provide 3 to 8 keywords immediately below the abstract.
Keywords should accurately represent the primary topics of the manuscript and follow standard scientific terminology.
Main Text
For Original Research Articles, the preferred structure is:
- Introduction
- Materials and Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
Other article types may follow an alternative structure appropriate to their content.
Tables
Tables should:
- Be numbered consecutively.
- Include a concise descriptive title.
- Be cited within the manuscript.
- Be submitted in editable format.
- Avoid duplication of information presented elsewhere.
Figures
Figures should:
- Be submitted in high-resolution format.
- Be numbered consecutively.
- Include descriptive legends.
- Be cited in the manuscript.
- Accurately represent the original data.
Image manipulation that alters scientific interpretation is not permitted.
References
Authors should ensure that references:
- Are complete and accurate.
- Are cited sequentially within the manuscript.
- Follow the journal's prescribed reference style.
- Include DOI information where available.
Authors are responsible for verifying all references before submission.
Language
Manuscripts should be written in clear, concise, and grammatically correct English.
Authors whose first language is not English are encouraged to obtain professional language editing before submission.
Abbreviations, Units and Nomenclature
Authors should:
- Define abbreviations at first mention.
- Use only widely accepted scientific abbreviations.
- Use International System of Units (SI Units).
- Use generic drug names wherever possible.
- Follow internationally accepted scientific nomenclature.
Supplementary Material
Authors may submit supplementary material including:
- Additional datasets
- Supplementary tables
- Supplementary figures
- Multimedia files
- Statistical analyses
- Reporting checklists
- Study protocols
Supplementary files should be clearly labelled and cited within the manuscript.
Ethical Requirements
Where applicable, manuscripts should include statements regarding:
- Ethics committee approval
- Informed consent
- Animal ethics approval
- Clinical trial registration
- Conflict of interest
- Funding disclosure
- Data availability

Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Authors must disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools where they have contributed to manuscript preparation beyond routine language or formatting assistance.
AI systems must not be listed as authors. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and scientific validity of the submitted work.
Plagiarism and Research Integrity
ClinSphere Journals maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards:
- Plagiarism
- Data fabrication
- Data falsification
- Duplicate publication
- Image manipulation
- Citation manipulation
- Other forms of research misconduct
All submissions may undergo similarity assessment before peer review.
Final Formatting Checklist
Before submission, please ensure that:
✓ The manuscript follows the journal's formatting requirements.
✓ All required sections are included.
✓ Tables and figures are correctly numbered.
✓ References are complete and correctly formatted.
✓ Abbreviations are defined at first use.
✓ SI units are used consistently.
✓ The manuscript has been carefully proofread.
✓ The blinded manuscript contains no author-identifying information.
